Built by Travellers, for Travellers

We started as a small collective of travel enthusiasts who'd grown tired of the disconnect between how travel agencies operated and how people actually wanted to explore. Too many glossy brochures promising authenticity while delivering assembly-line experiences.

Our Bradford office opened with a simple premise: treat every itinerary as if we were planning it for ourselves. That means honest conversations about budget versus expectations, transparent timelines, and enough flexibility to pivot when inspiration strikes mid-journey.

Over the years, we've built relationships with accommodation providers, local guides, and cultural organisations across dozens of countries. Not through corporate partnerships—through shared values. The guesthouse owner in Croatia who sources ingredients from their garden. The museum curator in Edinburgh who opens archives for small groups. These connections don't appear in travel databases. They emerge from years of showing up, listening, and respecting local expertise.

Travel planning team collaboration

What Guides Our Work

Curiosity Over Checklists

We design itineraries that encourage exploration, not just photograph collection. The best moments often happen between planned stops.

Sustainability Matters

We prioritise partners who demonstrate environmental responsibility and fair treatment of staff. Tourism should benefit communities, not extract from them.

Knowledge Sharing

Our team participates in ongoing training about cultural sensitivity, accessibility needs, and destination-specific developments. Expertise requires maintenance.

Realistic Expectations

We won't promise what we can't deliver. If a destination requires physical stamina or has limited accessibility, we say so upfront.

How We Approach Planning

Every inquiry begins with a conversation, not a form. We ask about your travel history—not to judge experience level, but to understand what's worked for you before and what hasn't. Someone who loved backpacking through Southeast Asia might hate a structured European tour, and vice versa.

From there, we draft an initial outline within 48 hours. This isn't a final itinerary—it's a foundation for discussion. You might love the accommodation choices but want more unscheduled time. Or perhaps the pacing feels too relaxed and you'd prefer denser activity days. We iterate until the plan feels right, not until you stop asking questions.

Once confirmed, we handle logistics while keeping you informed at key decision points. Flight options, meal preferences, upgrade opportunities—you stay in control without drowning in details.
